Reporting a Phishing or Spoofed E-Mail

We take phishing and spoofing attempts on our customers very seriously. If you're still not certain whether the e-mail is from Justin Brands, Inc., or you'd like to report that you received a phishing e-mail, please contact us.

To report a phishing or spoofed e-mail:

  1. Open a new e-mail and attach the email you suspect is a fake. Note: Sending this suspicious e-mail as an attachment is the best way for us to track it.
  2. If you can’t send the e-mail as an attachment, you can forward it.
  3. Send the email to: Nocona Boots Customer Service

Important: We will never ask for personal information such as your credit card number or social security number in an email. If you receive an email requesting that information, please delete it.
